For help with Starspoon: Planet Quest, a parent or guardian can contact luzhiyue@hotmail.com. Please include the device model, operating-system version, app version and what happened. Do not send a child’s name, Apple password, payment details or verification codes.
Tap or click in the game to start audio. Open the music-note button to check the music/effects sliders and mute setting. On iPhone, check the Silent switch, system volume and connected headphones. If returning from an interruption, tap Keep exploring.
Mac: WASD to move, drag or mouse to look, click or F to use your weapon, Space to jump and E to interact. In flight, use arrows to rotate and hold Space to boost. On iPhone and iPad, use the left-thumb joystick to move, drag the world with your right thumb to look, and hold the large weapon button to fire.
Progress saves on each device and is not currently synced between devices. After three unsuccessful flight attempts your guide offers passage to the next planet. Flight School on the title screen lets you practice without replacing your adventure.
Apple manages App Store purchases and refunds. Starspoon has no in-game purchases. Purchase once to access supported platforms under the configured universal-purchase listing; this does not transfer saved progress.
